Bring your sneakers to work and wear green to show that you support the American Heart Association’s walking movement. Make April 6th the day to create a plan for year-round physical activity! Rally others to partner with you (after all, exercise is a lot more fun with a buddy). You’ll be helping to fight the lack of physical activity that is contributing to the rise of obesity in America. Plan to do cardiovascular activity for just 30 minutes most days of the week. What’s the reward? A longer, healthier, happier life.
