Summer Picnic Series Tip #4

Beans are a cholesterol-lowering super food!  But traditional baked beans contain added sugar and bacon which can worsen heart health and diabetes control.  Three-bean salad is a healthier alternative that keeps all those helpful properties intact!  Try this simple recipe.  Substitute the sugar with an artificial sweetener, like sucralose, for less carbohydrate.
