Get Pumped: Safety first, tip #9

Check the weather!  If temperatures are above 80 degrees and the humidity is over 70%, you may need to decrease the intensity or length of time of exercise.  You may need to move indoors for temps above 90 degrees and humidity over 76%.  Consider mall-walking, using a gym or indoor fitness classes.  Keep watching the Get Pumped! blog series for more information on exercise resources.
