Local walking/Walking groups

Joining a walking group is a fun way to get motivated and help motivate others too!  Walking is also a low impact exercise that most people can do. Click here for more information on walking groups (many are in the St. Louis area, but this list also includes national groups).  If you’re not in St. Louis, check your local malls, parks, church and community centers for groups near you.
