Nothing seems to taste better than a popsicle on these hot summer days. But is it okay to indulge when you have diabetes? Sure! Especially when they’re made with wholesome ingredients.

Check out these fresh frozen yogurt pops from Betty Crocker. They’re made with only 3 ingredients: fat-free yogurt, fruit and honey. With only 22 grams of carbohydrate per pop (20 grams if you omit the honey), you just can’t beat this cooling, fresh and healthy snack. We thought we’d pass it along.
